I really wish I had seen this page before. I was ripped off by these guys and now I'm 5 months into a 20k loan on a truck I've never been able to use. I'm hoping they will make it right. I'm currently trying because as a service disabled veteran(they new this and took extra good care of me) I'm looking at a purchase that is sinking me.

A+ Seller

I purchased a truck from these guy and has nothing but good luck with it. Have had the truck for 3 months and work the *** out of it and it still runs like a top! I own a business and know how people will bash you online and never write anything good about you. I'm here to say that these guys are easy to work with and have a huge selection of trucks to choose from. I have 21 trucks in my fleet and this transaction was by far the easiest. I will definitely come back her to make my next purchase. Thanks again, will recommend you to family and friends.

Buyer Beware! Undisclosed Problems Ahead!

If it were possible, I would give less than a one star rating for this outfit. My advice, buy nothing from these folks unless you go to their physical location, look at what you're buying first, give it a thorough test drive and inspection, and then GO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! Another reviewer was absolutely correct in stating that these guys like to slather a vehicle's frame with paint to cover up the rust and then post photos that are only revealing enough to be come-on. My experience with them proves it. Insist on detailed close-up photos, or better yet GO ELSEWHERE! When I arrived to pick up the truck that I had bought I found out that the frame had been poorly welded in such a way as to obscure some sort of damage. The response, "How do we know it's not just a reinforcement?" and "How do you know those welds are no good?" (I'm a welding instructor, by the way.) Since I had to pay for the vehicle to transfer the title to get a plate to drive it home I was stuck. It did get me home with a large number of undisclosed problems, but the frame is so rusty that I will be hard pressed to even sell it at a loss, although it looked great in the photos, covered in fresh black paint. While I can't say that these folks are outright liars, let's just say that if "Sins of Omission" will get you time in ***, these boys are in for one heck of a long barbeque...as the main course. The list of what is wrong with the truck goes on and on, but none of that was mentioned in their Craigslist ad, nor by Kyle, their salesman. When I got there and expressed that I wanted to cancel the deal due to the undisclosed, poorly welded repair to the truck I got the "Great Oz" treatment, the owner was conveniently unavailable for consultation. Count me as one thoroughly dissatisfied customer.

Told truck was in great working order

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I bought a truck from these guys and they got it inspected for me. When ny employees took it home he noticed the front end shaking . Kyle told me he would look at it and replaced the rotor on the right side. Two days later while driving down the highway the front end started shaking violently and actually shattered the windshield. I called Kyle and this is where he decided to ignore me . After several days I finally conceded and brought to my own mechanic who told me the front end was damaged severely and put back together in a matter that would make it shake like it did on the highway. After $4300.00 worth of work the truck was now supposedly road worthy...two weeks later the engine went into limp mode and the regeneration was faulting up the engine another $1500 to fix that...All the while I'm calling Kyle and he's ignoring me ...STAY AWAY FROM THESE JOKERS

Bad transmission

Back in 2013 I bought a 2004 mitisubishi fuso fg, it was showing 47000 miles on it, low miles right? I paid $19990.00 for it. Less then a year latter transmission went bad had to be rebuilt , also the clutch was very bad. I've spent 6500.00 to get it back on the road, a lot of money to spend on a vehicle that I just paid 20k. With 26k I could get a very nice truck from another dealer. Don't get fooled by the vehicles from them showing low miles or nice paint. I will never buy from them again, if you want to, if you think you're getting a good deal! Good lock, you're going to need it.

Your blaming Mitsubishi for the problems with the truck, you have know idea how the previous owner took care

of it. Also clutches wear out especially if you have a lot of different drivers. You bought a truck 10 years old and your surprised it needs work.

Number of drivers has absolutely nothing to do with the clutch.

Truck was junk!

Ford 2003 F350 Truck was junk. Promised by Kyle, salesman, it was in perfect condition, no issues. Asked about issues with engine, said their show had just done full service and engine was perfect. Truck was full of rust, lower bottom driver door total rust. All linkage to open rear gate completely seized, very bad oil leaks everywhere on engine. Temperature gauge not working, wonder why? Fuel leaking from top of engine. Called everyday for a week, promised that the owner, Donnie Cugini would get back to me. He was always out delivering a truck. Never returned any calls. Sent detailed pictures of all problems, which they already knew about. What a horrible way to do business. These guys should be put in jail. Stay far away from Worldwide Preowned and Donnie Cugini.

Unsafe Unsound Truck

I bought an 04 GMC 2500HD. They pointed out a little rust on the bumper, fixed an exhaust leak after I complained about it, and assured me the truck was good for the 8000 mile trip I was planning. A few weeks later, only one day into my cross-country trip the supposedly fixed exhaust system almost fell off, overwhelming me with exhaust in the cab, causing me to pass out briefly several times before I could pull off the highway. Turns out the exhaust was being held on by only one hanger in the rear and an old clip on the manifold! How could they claim it was fixed!? Within the next few days I had to replace more parts, costing me over $5100. The truck they promised was worth the $16,900 needed new ignition tumbler, new brakes, new shocks, new transfer case and control module, new emergency brake. All were old, and corroded, and unsafe. How could they possibly have claimed the truck was in good condition? I told them I was embarking on the trip and Kyle assured me the truck was road worthy. The truck was anything but. They didn't do anything to get this truck ready to sell, and they haven't responded to my call.

Here's a more accurate list of my loss on this truck so far.

8/29/13 $281.65 Replace ignition cylinder, New Keys and Remote

9/05/13 $261.10 Replace Clamp and Rehang Exhaust

9/13/13 $2,576.75 Transfer Case and Transfer Case Motor

9/19/13 $1345.70 Brakes and Shocks

9/23/13 $152.26 Fix Emergency Brake

TOTAL SPENT SO FAR: $4,335.81

Tail Pipe is still bent and needs to be addressed since it can't be lined up with the rear hanger.

New Sliding Rear Window sprung loose, allowing exhaust into cab. Hopefully the glass installer will fix.

Rumbling noise making hard turns, especially left turn.

Loose, rattling sound in steering column. Maybe it's supposed to do that?

Driver door hinge pins, door hangs down slightly. A small thing which I will get fixed, but included for a more complete picture.

UPDATE WORLDWIDE PREOWNED 10/25/13

Followed a few days ago, since I never got a call back. Salesman was unhappy about my negative review "on every site" on the internet. Hmmmm… Said come on up and we'll discuss the issues. I offered to email the bills and photos so they could see for themselves, and he said, "what good will that do?" Couple of days later (10/24), planning to drive the 45 minutes up, I called to make sure the owner would be there. He got on the phone and made it clear he had no intention of taking any responsibility. Here's my summary of the conversation:

Don: So, what's wrong with the truck? (Like he would do anything about it.)

Me: The exhaust came loose on the highway, it was only hanging by one hanger.

Don: That happens. Maybe you hit a bump. I'm not doing anything about that.

Me: There was *** in the transfer case.

Don: Maybe you hit a rock.

Me: The transfer case control motor is blown out like an overstuffed sandwich.

Don:

Me: The brakes had no life in them. The emergency brake was a twisted piece of rust.

Don: So what's wrong with the truck now?

Me: The tail pipe is still bent.

Don: Maybe you backed into something.

Me: No, it's banged up from swinging around on the highway.

Don: Well, I'm not doing anything about that. (The same thing he said when I told him the ignition tumbler was worn out a few days after I took the truck.)

Me: The shocks were blown, looked like they were never replaced.

Don: You went to a dealer who talked you into replacing everything.

Me: No. You sold me an unsafe truck that needed almost $5000 worth of work within the first month, just to make it safe and drivable.

Don: So what's wrong with the truck?

Me: The rear window you replaced has sprung loose.

Don: We didn't replace the window. Oh, I'll have our window guy call you.

Me: So you don't feel you have any responsibility to make good on the truck?

Don: No. We sell commercial trucks. There's no warranty on vehicles over (xxx) miles in the state of Massachusetts.

Me: So, you don't feel any obligation, moral or otherwise?

Don: No.

F250 failure

Okay so im just a young kid and always wanted a diesel truck. Found what looked like to be a nice truck and bought an 02 7.3l f250 from this company.. I did my research on it , carfax wasnt bad and interior and exterior didnt seem bad either.. Getting in it the first time i was feeling it , shortly after on the way home my whole exaust falls off . I call them and "kyle" aka *** says drive it here in the morning and we will take care of it .. Well. They said they ran a whole new exaust all the way to the manifold but found out today they Did no such thing .. They literally cut it off and stuck another one on half way down the pipe to make it appear new.. It was a 4" after market exaust fully exposed , making my truck slow and loud.... 2 months later the turbocharger went (probubly caused from the exhaust)and had to pay 1200 for the part 600 in labor.. Moral of the story is dont buy anything from these *** Kyle likes it in his *** and so do all those ppl who work there. Im going to get you back some how. I hope i can end this company

Happy Transaction

I bought a used 2004 F-350 Powerstroke from these guys and was very happy with the entire transaction. From looking, test driving and purchasing was as smooth as possible. Highly recommend these guys to anyone. I have been driving this truck now for almost a year and have had no major problems. I had a check engine code come on but worldwide took my truck into service and took care of me.I have recommended these guys to personal friends and family. Thanks worldwide-preonwed for helping me find the perfect truck. Will be going back in the future for another purchase.

This one is clearly worldwide pre-owned. Seriously who go's on a pissed consumer website to leave positive feedback.

We purchased a "used" Ford truck from Worldwide-preowned company and flew in to Boston to pick it up. We really did our due diligence and research before we purchased this vehicle on Ebay. Spoke to 2 different salesman to ask about a spec of rust on the bumper in the 100 or so photos that were on line and were re-assured again and again that this truck was clean and had NO rust. Well, half way home on a 1400 mile trip, the truck broke down and of course they could not be reached to help with it being a Saturday. When the truck finally arrived, we took it to Ford for a hydrolic leak underneath the truck. When Ford broke it down, the truck was COMPLETELY eaten up with rust. EVERY crack and crevice, wheel wells, the whole cab floor and inside doors were riddled with rust. They could hardly get the wheels off to put new tires and rims back on, CRAZY to say the least. We ended up putting another $7,000.00 into this truck over and above the purchase price just to get it road worthy. I was instructed to send all invoices to the Owner of Worldwide-preowned and not one red cent was ever reimbursed. I filed negative feedback and Ebay removed it because they are a preferred vendor, they are crooks and if their mouth is moving, they are LYING. BUYER BEWARE DOES NOT BEGIN TO COVER THIS COMPANY!

I was looking to spend $20000 on a f350 truck from them to import to the uk so I thought that I would look up the company to see what people are staying about them.

I just can't belive that a company in the usa can still be running with the bad feedback that I have been reading.

I would be devastated to have it imported and have loads of trouble with it.

Thanks for placing your experience on here so that others are informed about the type of company this actually is.

Guest

I was just about ready to buy a truck from them... Change of plans..

Guest

This is all right on about the company. Worst people I have ever dealt with.

I don't understand how the company is still in business after the horrible way they treat so many people. Every vehicle on their lot is no good. They make it look okay just enough for the ride home it seems, and after that everything starts going wrong. EVERYTHING.

We have put over $2000 into a truck we just bought, and more work continues to need to be done daily. It wouldn't even pass inspection. The check engine light, which they obviously turned off themselves, came on after 100 miles...Real nice, guys. Hope you feel good about yourselves for screwing people for a living.

When a call was made to see if there was anything they could do, they were extremely rude and of no help whatsoever. I went on the Better Business Bureau site to read up on them as well, no surprise there-they do this to every one of their customers.

Sickening. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...

Guest

Wow I was just about to head down there to look at a truck when I decided to take a look at the company first. Trip canceled.

Bought our 2005 Sprinter on Ebay. From the moment we drove off the lot, the curse that is our Sprinter began.

The car is a lemon. Bad transmission, everything underneath car rusted out. In addition, two tires were missing lugnuts, which is just dangerous. When I called Worldwide, they acted clueless and without remorse.

Beware. Our Sprinter has spent more time at the mechanics then with us, since its purchase last year.
